  • We are an online retail store working closely with our suppliers to ensure you get what your money paid for (high quality hair).

    All hair products in Halo-African are currently FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.

    We ship the package out DHL, ARAMEX, POSTNET or FedEx randomly. The shipping time is around 8-15 business/ working days from the date you placed your order. 

    For P.O boxes address, we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is 10-15 working days.

    Please note: 

    1. For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
    2. We CAN ship to any P.O boxes address by Postal Office. But delivery time is longer. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.
